Your details, clearly explained.

Depending on what you use, AURELIA may receive your name, email address, birth date, birth time and place, reading choice, and the question you submit. A compatibility or child reading may also include details about another person. A palm reading uses a palm photo and your dominant hand. The Advertising Playbook form asks for your first name and email, with business stage as an optional field. The Contact form asks for your name, email, topic, and message.

Each form uses the details needed for the feature you request. No single form asks for every item listed here.

AURELIA uses the details you enter to create the on-screen preview you request. Free-preview details are not saved as AURELIA reading records, contacts, or automation events. Closing the preview clears the details from this page.

To generate an interpretation, relevant reading details may be sent to an AI service. A soulmate sketch may also send the preferences you provide to an image-generation service. Those providers process the information needed to return the result, under their own data-handling practices.

Upload a photo only if you are comfortable sharing it with the services needed to prepare the palm preview. AI and storage providers may handle or retain their copies under their own practices.

AURELIA-held reading data is scheduled for deletion after 24 months without a verified purchase or deliberate access to a private report. A public-site visit or an unpaid checkout attempt does not reset that period. The scheduled cleanup uses reliable qualifying timestamps; records without a reliable timestamp may be kept rather than assigned a guessed date.

When you submit the Contact form, AURELIA saves your name, email, topic, and message so it can respond and follow up. AI may help prepare a reply. Contact entries are retained for support and follow-up; AURELIA has not set a fixed deletion period for them.

The Contact form handles the inquiry you send. It does not enroll you in the Advertising Playbook follow-up.

The Playbook form saves your first name, email address, and any business stage you choose as a contact. When the form is accepted, it records a Playbook download event and makes the PDF and worksheet available in your browser. AURELIA may send future updates by email. Playbook contacts are kept for follow-up, with no fixed deletion period set. The current signup has no separate email checkbox and does not ask for a phone number.

AURELIA uses service providers for AI-generated readings and images, file storage, contact management, payment processing, and email delivery. Relevant reading details or palm photos may be sent to AI services; payment services such as Stripe handle transactions; email providers carry support replies and other messages; storage services host uploaded files.

Providers follow their own data-handling and retention practices. AURELIA cannot promise deletion of copies they hold. AURELIA’s scheduled cleanup applies to AURELIA-held records, not provider-held copies.

AURELIA does not sell personal information. Details you share are used for the reading, support request, Playbook access, or follow-up connected to the feature you choose, and may be processed by the service providers described above.

AURELIA may use anonymous, combined statistics to understand site activity and improve its services. Research does not use your name, contact details, birth information, questions, or images in an identifiable form.
